We have 2 vehicles regularly serviced with Mick and Peter at Warragul and could not recommend them high enough. Nothing is ever a hassle, Service is outstanding and we find them extremely trustworthy which is hard to find these days. The work they did recently on my daughter's vehicle was above and beyond. After unexpectedly breaking down on my way home from work, I called Rapid Tune less than an hour before closing, not expecting they’d be able to help. Instead, the team went above and beyond. They were incredibly accommodating, kind and professional, making sure my car was seen straight away rather than asking me to come back another day. The whole experience turned what had been a really overwhelming afternoon into something so much less stressful. Peter and the team were respectful, honest and genuinely cared about getting me safely back on the road as quickly as possible. It’s rare to come across customer service like this these days, and I’m so grateful for the way I was treated. I can’t thank the team enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Ive been all over for mechanics and screwed over by a few, Rapid Tune in Warragul have been upfront and honest with me for repairs and services and ontop of that the price has been good. They have even kept my car at a sudden request when my window was stuck down until it was fixed, and even then it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend here
